How we work across locations
Most IT support, security monitoring, ERP work and software delivery does not depend on where our team sits. Help desk requests, patching, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud and backup management, Prometheus configuration and integrations are all delivered remotely, and managed-service clients reach the help desk 24 hours a day.
Some jobs do need someone on site: cabling, network hardware, new office fit-outs, device swaps and some incident work. We arrange on-site visits as needed and agree how they work in your service agreement, so there are no surprises about what is covered.
